Participation tracks

Pathways for civic participation

Grassroots organizers and civic volunteers can join through defined tracks. Each role lists its scope, time expectations, and the support the coalition provides.

Grassroots organizer

Coordinates local meetings, keeps attendance records, and reports activity to regional leads each month.

Civic volunteer

Supports information sessions, reference materials, and public questions on a flexible weekly schedule.

Regional advocate

Represents a region in coalition planning, with defined responsibilities agreed during onboarding.

Inquiry management

How every submission is handled

Each intake is logged, checked against the stated requirements, and routed to the appropriate coordinator. Participants receive a reference number and a clear next step.

01 Receive

The inquiry is logged with a date, a reference number, and the participant's stated track.

02 Verify

Submitted details are checked against the published requirements for that track.

03 Route

Verified requests go to the coordinator responsible for that region or program.

04 Respond

The participant receives a written reply stating the outcome and any next steps.
